A customer texts Luna and the AI triages, answers and books by text, kept to short single-segment messages (the readout under each reply shows the per-text cost). Because SMS can't carry photos, a remote photo review is handed to WhatsApp / the online form. Mock CRM only: nothing here touches Joe's live system.

What's shared underneath: deep triage before any booking (tartar, wobbly teeth, dental pain, eating, vet details, travel history), the deterministic Brucella protocol, new-vs-existing recognition from the CRM, real-slot in-chat booking with a confirmation, teeth-photo review by a real clinician (never blocking the booking), and an automatic reminder when a customer goes quiet. Running on credential-free mocks of Lupa CRM and Zoho Desk — go-live swaps those for the real systems with no change to the AI.
